You will be divided into 4 teams for the duration of the program. Each team will have 20 minutes at the booth of each exhibitor sponsor. You will be given your team assignments at the Wednesday Icebreaker Breakfast.

Hotel

ISA has already booked your hotel rooms. You will all be at the Luxor Hotel. The room is listed under your last name. You will be emailed your confirmation number one week prior to the show.

Registration

Register for ISA Sign Expo using this link (it will automatically trigger the discounted education pricing and free trade show entry)

Transportation

You will need round-trip transportation from the airport to the Luxor Hotel. By taxi, it should take approximately 15 minutes and cost about $20.

Stipend

Once you attend all the required events and complete the XDP Survey (which is sent about a week after the show), you will be mailed a check for the $250. ISA also sends a survey to all show attendees, so please ensure the survey you fill out is from me, not the association. The check will be sent to the name and address provided on your W-9.

Attire

You may dress comfortably for all required events. You will be required to walk around the tradeshow floor, so please note that in terms of footwear. Also, if you have any mobility issues, please let me know so that we can ensure a seamless experience. If you are planning to attend the Chairman’s Reception on Thursday night, we recommend business casual or cocktail attire.

Event Responsibilities and Success

You can all ensure that you get the most out of your attendance and networking by engaging with your fellow delegates and sponsors in a guided environment. This was one of the most frequent comments from previous years so we’ve designed our events to encourage a lot of interaction.

Map/Logistics

The XDP Lounge will be located in the convention center – Room: Tradewinds D (highlighted in red on the map below). The Lounge is yours to use for the duration of the show. We will have coffee service available and it will be our meeting place for the exhibit hall tours and networking events.
