Log into the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) The Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) is the one-stop online hub for essential expo planning information for exhibitors. It contains Booth Rules & Regulations, exhibitor services manual, critical deadlines, order forms for services (electric, furniture, A/V), move-in/out schedules, and contact information for all show vendors. It is the primary tool for managing your booth logistics and ensuring a smooth, cost-effective experience.

Book Hotels Exhibitors get early access to the discounted hotel block. Hotel booking information is in the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC).
Register booth staff and contractors Booth staff must be registered for ISA Sign Expo 2026 with the approved allotment available for each booth. Registration information is in the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC).
Exhibitor-Appointed Contractors (EAC) If you have an exhibitor appointed contractor (EAC) for your booth, please complete the EAC form and provide your EAC information. An exhibitor appointed contractor (EAC) isany individual or company that is not an employee of your company and is hired to install/dismantle/provide service to your booth.

Ship booth materials to ISA Sign Expo Schedule inbound and outbound freight, and decide between direct-to-show or advance warehouse shipping. Shipping information, labels, and addresses can be found in the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC).
Prepare for Move-In and Move-Out
Use our FREE promotional materials to promote your presence at the show. As an ISA Sign Expo exhibitor, you'll have access to a complimentary digital promotional toolkit through Feathr. The toolkit includes customized marketing materials such as banner graphics, an HTML email to send through Feathr or through your existing email marketing system, a personalized landing page, and social media graphics. This service will be available in January 2026.
