Comfortable business casual attire is recommended. Consider bringing business cards, a notepad, and a pen to take notes. Wi-Fi will be available in the room, but please note that this is the building’s Wi-Fi and we cannot guarantee quality of service.

Event Structure
During the event, national sign companies will stay at designated tables for the one-on-one meetings while your team will be moving around according to your meeting schedule.
Event Details
Each table will accommodate three attendees from nationals and three from local installers. No literature or promotional items are required. Please prepare an elevator pitch for your company. For new national contacts, discuss your capabilities including crews, certifications, licensing, capacity, availability, and insurance. For existing contacts, seek and provide feedback and share updates about your company.

We will provide your schedules via email before the event and have printed copies available at the meeting.

Event Structure
During the event, attendees will have different color wrist bands that will identify them as either a national or a local. All national sign companies will have designated high-top tables with identification cards, but you can mingle around the room.
