Comfortable business casual attire is recommended. Consider bringing business cards, a notepad, and a pen to take notes. Wi-Fi will be available in the room, but please note that this is the building’s Wi-Fi and we cannot guarantee quality of service.

Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of each event so we can check everyone in.
Event Structure
During these events, your team will stay at your designated table for the one-on-one meetings with local partners specializing in interior and exterior signage installations moving around for their meetings.
Event Details
Each table will be equipped with round tables with tablecloths, accommodating three chairs each for nationals and installers. Company name identification cards will be provided. There is no need to bring any literature or promotional items. Please note that there is limited space available, and we ask that you do not bring pop-banners, displays or backdrops to the event.
Prior to the Events
Before the event we will provide you with an electronic schedule of companies for your one-on-one meetings, as well as printed copies the day of the event. Additionally, after the event we will supply an electronic file compilation of all the profiles completed by the participating local companies.

Event Structure
During the event, attendees will have different color wrist bands that will identify them as either a national or a local. All national sign companies will have designated high-top tables with identification cards, but you can mingle around the room.
