Plan Your Show Experience
Maximize your time at ISA International Sign Expo® 2026 by creating a My Show Planner account. This personalized tool enables you to plan your time at the show so you can get the most out of your experience.
With a My Show Planner account, you can:
- Bookmark must-see exhibitors and view company contact information.
- Explore and add scheduled sessions and events to your calendar. (PLEASE NOTE: Some fees and registration requirements may apply. View more information here.)
- Navigate the trade show floor using the interactive floorplan.
How Do I Create A My Show Planner Account?
- On the My Show Planner homepage, enter your email and click ‘Continue.’ If you have an existing account, you will be prompted to enter your password.
- Complete the required fields and add additional details to your profile to better connect with exhibitors who align with your interests.
- Opt to share your information with the exhibitors you add to your planner by selecting ‘Yes' from the dropdown menu.
- Click ‘Create Your Free Account' to complete your My Show Planner setup.
- Upon initially logging in, you must verify your email.

Streamline your ISA Sign Expo experience by using the bookmark icon to curate a personal list of exhibitors, events, products, collateral, show specials, contacts and recommendations directly from the online showrooms.
Exhibitors
Keep your show floor experience organized by using the bookmark tool to track exhibitors you want to see, mark those you’ve visited, and save relevant notes and photos all in one place.
My Events
Plan your time at the show by saving scheduled networking events, sessions, and more to your ‘My Events' calendar* for easy tracking.
You can also add personal events to the calendar to keep your show schedule in one place.

Products
Explore the latest products on an exhibitor’s online listing. Add them to your planner for quick access and conveniently find them categorized in your ‘Products’ section.
Collateral
Save press releases, white papers, brochures, case studies, and other links uploaded by exhibitors. Conveniently access them in the ‘Collateral’ section of your planner and easily download and save documents to your device.
Special Offers
Browse and bookmark special offers like discounts, special in-booth events, giveaways and more, that exhibitors have shared.
Online Contacts
Access and save exhibitor contact details and easily reach out to contacts via email directly through your My Show Planner account.
Recommendations
Use the bell notification icon in the top right corner of your screen to access AI-generated recommendations tailored to your activity and interests as you navigate the directory. Explore recommendations further, add to your planner, or dismiss to make way for additional recommendations.
