You will need round-trip transportation from the airport to the Rosen Centre. By taxi, it should take approximately 15 minutes and cost about $20.
Once you attend all the required events and complete the XDP Survey (which is sent about a week after the show), you will be mailed a check for the $250. ISA also sends a survey to all show attendees, so please ensure the survey you fill out is from me, not the association. The check will be sent to the name and address provided on your W-9.
You may dress comfortably for all required events. You will be required to walk around the tradeshow floor, so please note that in terms of footwear. Also, if you have any mobility issues, please let me know so that we can ensure a seamless experience. If you are planning to attend the Chairman’s Reception on Thursday night, we recommend business casual or cocktail attire.
Event Responsibilities and Success
You can all ensure that you get the most out of your attendance and networking by engaging with your fellow delegates and sponsors in a guided environment. This was one of the most frequent comments from previous years so we’ve designed our events to encourage a lot of interaction.
The XDP Lounge will be located in the convention center – Room: Destination Lounge, S222 (highlighted in red on the map below). The Lounge is yours to use for the duration of the show. We will be sharing the space with the ISA Elite, so please be mindful that there will be another group using the space when we are not in it.
